Terms and Conditions for MinskStage Home Staging Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MinskStage’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

MinskStage provides professional home staging services, including but not limited to furniture arrangement, decor selection, color consultation, and property preparation for sale or rent. Specific services are detailed in the service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property for staging and for any necessary permits or approvals. Clients must also ensure the property is clean and free of any hazards before staging begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work. Detailed payment schedules are outlined in the service agreement.

5. Property Condition

MinskStage will make reasonable efforts to protect the property during staging. However, clients are responsible for any damage to the property that is not directly caused by MinskStage’s negligence.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belarus.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
